Equilibrium NLP Coaching & Hypnotherapy is a non-medical hypnotherapy and coaching practice based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, devoted to support individuals to take back their control and choose who they want to be. It is about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching and Hypnotherapy and the ways in which you can empower yourself by changing your strategy. Sometimes we get stuck and we don't know how to move forward in a powerful and meaningful way. Life is sucking the energy out of us and we don't know how to make life easier, better and more fun. All YOU need is the conscious decision to change and to know in which direction you want to go. These powerful methodologies will bring about change at a subconscious level and therefor these changes will be long lasting and sustainable. It really is that easy!

Whether you struggle with weight or eating related problems, compulsive behaviors like smoking, lack of self-confidence or motivation, procrastination, stress and anxiety, negative emotions from past trauma, self acceptance, forgiveness, etc etc  NLP, Hypnotherapy and Conscious Awareness/Mindfulness have the tools to re-kindle the resources you already have inside of you to bring about the internal alignment for the changes you desire.
